Promotion Dates:

Chevy Bowl Game Sweepstakes ("Promotion") begins at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 11/1/08 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/1/08 (the "Promotion Period").

Who is Eligible:

To enter, you must be a legal resident of the 50 U.S. or D.C., have a valid U.S. driver's license, and be 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors and agents of General Motors Corporation, Chevrolet Motor Division ("Sponsor"), participating Chevrolet dealers, American Hole ‘n One ("Administrator"), and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies and all other companies associated with the design or execution of this Promotion (collectively, the "Promotion Parties"), and the members of the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or households, whether or not related, of any of the above, are not eligible to enter or win. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter:

Enter at www.USCTrojans.com/Chevy during the Promotion Period by completing the online entry form with all required information and submitting as instructed. All entries must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/1/08 to be eligible for the Grand Prize drawing. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and entries by any means which subvert the entry process will be void. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address and per household. Entries received from any person, email address or household in excess of the stated limitation will be void. Incomplete or illegible entries will be void. All entries become the property of the Administrator and will not be returned.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Promotion Parties are not responsible for: (i) electronic transmissions or entries that are lost, late, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, damaged, garbled, destroyed, misdirected, undelivered or delayed or not received by the Promotion Parties or their respective agents for any reason, or for any entries submitted in a manner that is not expressly allowed under these Official Rules and all such entries will be void; (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, delays in operation or transmission, communication failures or human error that may occur in the transmission, receipt or processing of entries, or for destruction of or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, (iii) failed or unavailable hardware, network, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP), software or telephone transmissions, damage to entrants' or any person's computer and/or its contents, or causes that jeopardize the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, or (iv) any other errors or problems relating to or in connection with this Promotion, whether computer, network, technical, mechanical, printing, typographical, human or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the conducting of the Promotion, the announcement of the prize, the cancellation or postponement of the game or in any Promotion-related materials. All incomplete or non-conforming entries will be disqualified. Administrator reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate any portion of the Promotion if fraud, misconduct, unauthorized intervention or technical failures destroy or threaten the integrity of any portion of the Promotion, in the opinion of the Administrator, or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Promotion, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. In the event of early termination of any portion of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct the drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of time of such termination. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry, provided such person meets the eligibility requirements of these Official Rules. "Authorized account holder" means the natural person who was assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide proof to the Promotion Parties that he/she is the authorized account holder. Any damage made to the web site will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Proof of sending entries will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Administrator.

Grand Prize Winner Selection & Notification:

A random drawing will be held on or about 12/3/08 from among all eligible entries received for the entire Promotion Period to select one (1) potential Grand Prize Winner. Odds of being selected as a potential Grand Prize Winner depend on the number of eligible entries received. The potential Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone following the random drawing. After two (2) unsuccessful attempts to directly and personally reach the selected potential Grand Prize Winner over a 24-hour period, that potential Grand Prize Winner will be disqualified and, at Administrator's sole discretion, another potential Grand Prize Winner may be randomly selected. During the notification phone call, the potential Grand Prize Winner must confirm his/her eligibility, and indicate his/her willingness and ability to accept the Grand Prize as described in these Official Rules. If the potential Grand Prize Winner does not wish to accept the prize as offered, he/she will be disqualified and, at Administrator's sole discretion, an alternate Grand Prize Winner will be randomly selected, time permitting. Grand Prize (1): A trip for two (2) to the University of Southern California's 2008 Football Bowl Game (dates TBD). Trip includes three (3) nights' stand hotel accommodations for two (one (1) room, double occupancy) at hotel of Sponsor's choice, domestic round-trip coach air transportation for two (2) on airline of Sponsor's choice leaving from nearest major U.S. gateway airport to winner's home (as determined by Sponsor), and two (2) tickets to the game. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of $2,000). Transportation to/from airport, game and hotel will be winner's sole responsibility. Actual value may vary depending on city of departure. Winner and guest are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents. If winner resides within a 200-mile radius of the location of the University of Southern California's 2008 Football Bowl Game, then transportation will not be provided for winner and guest. Sponsor reserves the right to provide no compensation or substitution for difference in prize value. Winner and guest must travel together on the same itinerary. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor's agent. Travel must be taken on dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Certain travel restrictions may apply. Winner is solely responsible for all expenses, costs or fees associated with acceptance and/or use of the prize not specified herein as being awarded including, without limitation, any and all federal, state and local taxes, ground transportation, luggage fees, meals, gratuities, and souvenirs. Winner's guest must be of the legal age of majority in his/her state of residence (and at least 18 years of age), unless child or legal ward of winner, and must execute and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. If guest is a child or legal ward of winner, winner must execute and return all releases on behalf of such child or legal ward. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified thereon. Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor. Winner and guest must comply with all venue rules and regulations. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of such prize element. If Sponsor is unable to provide any prize element for any reason, no compensation or substitution will be provided; however, remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash redemption or prize substitution allowed, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. All prize details are at Sponsor's discretion.

Additional Rules & Restrictions:

By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. In the event the winner is found to be in violation of any of these Official Rules after prize has been awarded, he/she will be required to forfeit the prize or to reimburse the Administrator for the stated value of the prize if such violation is found after the prize has been used by winner. Participation in the Promotion constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use winner's name, city and state of residence and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade in any manner or media now or hereafter known worldwide in perpetuity without limitation or further compensation, notification or permission, unless prohibited by law. By participating, entrant agrees to release and hold Promotion Parties harmless from and against any and all claims, damages and liability of any kind arising, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from or in connection with the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of the prize or participation in the Promotion or in any prize-related activities, including any travel/activity associated therewith, and entrant assumes all liability in connection therewith. In the event Administrator is prevented from awarding the prize or continuing with the Promotion as contemplated herein by any event, including but not limited to fire, flood, natural or man made epidemic of health or other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis (e.g. SARS), order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Administrator's control (each, a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), then subject to any governmental approval which may be required, Administrator shall have the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion (or any portion thereof). Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, or who disrupts the administration of this Promotion, who intends to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other entrant or Administrator representative or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules and void all associated entries.
